Great location near local attractions.
The elevator situation at this hotel was a nightmare. We waited over 30 minutes just to get back to our room after a long day, and the anxiety made it even worse. The staff were nice but unable to resolve the issues with the broken elevators, which left us feeling frustrated and stressed throughout our stay.

The pool area offers a nice retreat, spacious enough for relaxation and enjoyable family moments. Location is a critical plus, with easy access to nearby attractions like art galleries and malls for some local flavor.
Rooms show signs of aging—bed sagging in the middle leads to more rolling together than I’d prefer. Bathroom needs refreshing, with doors in particular requiring attention. Breakfast locations lacked clear signage, making navigation a bit of a challenge.

Such a lovely surprise for our anniversary! Our huge room was cool and had stunning views from the 16th floor. And complimentary cold bottled water at midnight? Oh honey, that was the cherry on top!
But really, do the elevators have to be slower than a sloth on vacation? Next time, I might just take the stairs!

The location is ideal for attending events, and the spacious room offered a comfortable stay. Appreciated the quick response for additional towels and the convenience of late checkout.
